In 1983, DORIMO was founded in M ü nchen, Munich, Germany, with a history of 40 years. As a global professional manufacturer of wood flooring, DORIMO's professional experience since its inception has promoted the development of wood culture, making wood flooring an important element of interior design, and thus ushering in a new era of wood flooring.

HISTORY

1983

Erik Dorimo, 26, opened a small woodworking workshop in the German town of Rothenburg ob der Tauber, specializing in the production and sale of hand-grinded wood flooring for some high-end wood species. Eric's exquisite craftsmanship has earned this wood workshop a high reputation and recognition from high-end consumer groups since its inception.

1991

The factory moved to a production workshop in the southern suburbs of Munich, Germany, where Erik Dorimo has his first production workshop and 50 employees, and has officially named the brand DORIMO.

2006

DORIMO officially established the International Flooring Center in Munich, which made DORIMO an early company to platform flooring brands, and successfully ranked among the world's top flooring brands, having a significant impact on the domestic and foreign wood flooring industry.

2017

DORIMO hired Dr. Linus Linus as its general manager, setting a clearer strategic goal and vigorously expanding the market. After many discussions at the German headquarters in 2019, it was decided to establish a factory in Asia to produce high-quality flooring products to meet the needs of the Asian market.

2023

DORIMO has officially entered the Chinese market. As a highly sought after flooring brand representing high quality of life worldwide, this long-standing enterprise has consistently advanced steadily in the rapidly growing international market.
